A mystery was created using strangers on the streets of New York. The images resemble the storyboarding style used by Hitchcock for all his films. Motion, a wide format and black and white imagery lend a cinematic appeal to the storytelling. Blonds were sought out. A sense of urban hustle and underlying tension help to move the ten image storyline along. Minimal captions provide some context. Interpretive conflict, ambiguity and entertainment are the primary goals. The intersection of photography and cinema is a conceptual convergence that has long held my interest. When viewed individually the images have an implied narrative.
